Samson Cree Nation was Honored to Support and Co-host with Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation and Northland’s K-Days on July 23, 2016. The Powwow was a 10 day event that began on July 22 to July 31, 2016, which included a theme for each day. We were happy and thankful for all that supported the powwow which is showcasing our indigenous culture through dancing and singing. Thank you to all the Organizers and Staff from both Alexis and Northland’s for their great celebration. Also, Thank you to Maskwacis Leadership, Elders, Dancers and Singers for supporting Norhtlands’ first Powwow in 2016.
