Here are the instructions for the Federal Court case which will be on Zoom. Please register one day before the Zoom meeting. Please read the instructions on the pdf below to register. The court case will be September 22, 2023.
Please see the attached Public Notice we have prepared for posting on the Samson Cree Nation website and Facebook page to notify membership of the September 22, 2023 hearing, pursuant to the Order of the Court dated August 22, 2023. There are two schedules to the notice: instructions for members to register for viewing the hearing and the August 22, 2023 Order itself.
Members who wish to view the hearing must register 24 hours in advance of the hearing via the Federal Court website.
