Muskwachees Profiles

My name is Robert B Ward Jr. aka “BobbyJack” and was born in Hobbema. I came back to the station in August 2008 as a DJ but became manager in May 2009 for the second time. I previously managed the radio station back from 1998- 2002, at which time I left the radio business to pursue other interests. From there, I worked for the Muskwachees Ambulance Authority, HIHS transportation and AKO Child & Family Services. I did my Post Secondary education and received a diploma for Recording Arts & Music Production in 1991 from Columbia Academy of Recording Arts & Music Production.

  I enjoy working for the people here in Hobbema and that's why I work so hard to provide as much coverage on current events and Live on Locations. I create most of the commercials and jingles, station ID's and write most of the scripts.

  My love for music goes back to when I was 15 and I decided to buy a electric guitar and some sheet music from Hank Williams, Creedence Clearwater Revival and the Beatles catalogues. I taught myself how to play music. I've been playing guitar and singing ever since. It's been almost over 35 years that I have a love for music. I played for various bands throughout the years.
